It centers on school teacher and former biologist Ryland Grace, who wakes up aboard a spacecraft with total amnesia. The book is conserned with exploring ideas of thoretical biology, physics and space travel. The book was well recived and has been per January 2026, featured on the New York Times' best-seller list for 28 weeks in a row.
